Each week, athletes (ages 13-21) will be taken through a series of exercises designed to enhance physical fitness and have fun while doing so! Each athlete will be paired with a volunteer to assist with exercises/activities, and the programs will be led by KEEN Coaches. Upon completion of the 8 week program, each athlete will receive a certificate of completion.
