Help prepare a pantry in Williamsburg for distribution. Move bins and produce into position for the distribution later Tuesday morning. Bring boxes outside, collect cardboard, set up tents, and distribute food. Be prepared to support with additional tasks as needed, such as distributing flyers and outreach materials, cleaning, and registering visitors.

Support early pantry operations by helping receive, sort, organize, and prepare incoming food for community distribution later in the day. Unload deliveries, set up pantry items, organize produce and dry goods, and prepare the space for volunteer and guest operations. You may be asked to provide interpretation support for fellow volunteers serving in the following positions: Front Door Greeter: Be a friendly face to clients, find out what they're here for, and direct them to the right place. Check-in Desk: Assist with registering clients and describing the services offered. Floater: Move between various resource tables, such as the ESOL table, job table, or clothing table, to provide interpretation support as needed.
